As an agent creator, I can see total distinct users and messages in a timeframe from the analytics section. However, I would like to easily browse through the conversations the agent had to review and improve the performance and efficacy of the agent. While this might be too much of details to have in the primary agent performance sections, a workaround or a page to view this detailed analysis would be great for authors to improve on their agents.
