Custom Branded MS Teams Integration

Feature Request

We’re excited to announce that we are working on a custom branded MS Teams app! This feature will allow you to call Runbear using your own branded bot name, making it a perfect fit to support your clients.

We are actively developing this feature and will run a private alpha once it’s implemented. If you’re interested in testing it out, please let us know! Your feedback will be invaluable in refining this feature.
